They made me feel at ease, even though it can feel daunting to come in and share things you don't feel comfortable about yourself.I look forward to coming in for my treatments. My PF is so strong, I can hold a kegel for ages lol!All the staff are just lovely at BC, so warm and friendly and genuine.

I realized that the exercises I was doing at home could only take me so far, now after these treatments, my muscles have become so strong in such a short time, I really needed them to get them back to normal to how they should be, to function properly.I'm pleased to say the gap is closed, plus my abs are way stronger than before I had kids. I feel so grateful, after nearly ten years of suffering with these conditions, which I thought I had to just put up with. These treatments have given me my old life back, I can race with the kids, I can exercise, I am getting my confidence back.
